1. All Sales Are Final

At this time, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Subscriptions (including digital content plans or memberships)

Event ticket purchases

Merchandise (including apparel, accessories, or other physical goods)

Once a transaction is completed, it is considered final and non-refundable.

 

2. Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued if required by applicable law, or in cases where Seed Five cancels an event or is unable to fulfill an order. In such cases, we will notify affected customers directly regarding the next steps.
